This week was busy with two days to Madrid for work (and the long commute is basically exhausting me!) and somehow I have some kind of nesting / decluttering / everything-needs-to-go obsession so I nothing in our house is safe and the filled garbage bags are leaving the house at a very rapid speed.
Obviously, the best thing to do when your belly is already killing your back is cleaning / organizing / filling boxes and throwing out stuff ;).
How I am feeling
This week is a little tough, I am completely exhausted, my back hurts again and this belly is starting to get a bit big for some daily activities. E.g. sitting on the floor and getting up 16x a day to play with L, putting groceries under the stroller, picking up stuff from the floor, putting my socks and shoes on and the list goes on…. If it´s taking a real effort now, can the person who knows how to survive the next 3 months please stand up and let me know??!
M&Ms and sushi! (with veggies obviously)
Almost +9 kilos… waaaah! Probably explains the back pain….
Quite some shopping this week! Bought a canopy for the crib in the same color as the pineapples on the wallpaper , a super cute changing pad cover (in pink!), two little lights for the nursery, and some newborn clothes from my favorite Dutch shop. Lucas had quite some neutral clothes but the seasons are completely different, he was born in the middle of the hot summer and now it will be winter. So, I had a good reason to especially shop newborn onesies with long sleeves, pants and little jackets etc. Everything is being delivered at my mom´s place so all visitors for the upcoming months will have to free up some space in their suitcases for baby stuff :).
